MEET THE S.H.E. TEAM

Picture
S.H.E. was created by a group of female business owners who are passionate about uplifting other women. We do this by sharing with you our knowledge and providing a framework for all women to grow both personally and professionally. We invite professionals from all industries and backgrounds to join us to learn and above all share their experiences and their own networks with the other women in this collective.

WHO IS SHE?

She is any woman who is passionate about her business or career. She is any woman who is interested in building and growing personally and professionally and is willing to help other professional women do the same. She knows that growth is more than just prospecting for new clients and opportunities. She wants to be part of a network built on genuine connection and the sharing of ideas and abilities.

All industries are welcome. Our connections and groups are "female-first", meaning we actively support professional females, but of course if you're a fellow supporter of women in the workplace, we want you here! Whether you're a corporate career woman, a solo-preneur, or anything in between, we know that women have the power to lift other women up.

Kathleen Phillips

Eagle Strategies

Kathleen started her financial advising career in 2017, after her father suddenly passed away, leaving no financial plans in place. Kathleen strives to educate and empower her clients to design and implement a sound financial plan to fit their needs.

Kathleen studied criminal justice at Madonna University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelor’s degree in 2013. After graduation, she moved to Colorado and decided to continue her education. You are S.H.E. If...

S.H.E. members are committed to connections deeper than just prospecting for their next new client.

S.H.E. is a community of driven and professional women interested in learning, growing and sharing their stories of success as well as the challenges that have shaped them.

S.H.E. events are more than just networking. This is a space to connect with women like us and shape women like us who will be each other's future clients, colleagues, friends, and leaders.

If you love ice breakers, name tags, and 2 minute storytelling then this isn't the group for you. If you mass distribute your business cards and spam your mailing list then this isn't your group. If you show up and drink in the corner without getting to know anyone... this isn't the group for you.

However, if you love deep conversations, inside jokes, sharing memories, or nerding-out about your expertise... then we want you here.
